Given the state of the pandemic, we would like to do our part to keep everyone safe. As part of our efforts, our team is working from home, in-person meetings are by appointment only and meetings will require a COVID screening questionnaire to be conducted. We will also be relying on such technology as video conferencing and electronic signatures as much as possible to reduce the need for in-person meetings.

Peter Li has earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Masters of Business of Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Cornell University and Bachelors of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Wilfrid Laurier University. Prior to starting his own firm, Peter worked on capital market transactions with a Wall Street firm in its New York City and Hong Kong offices. Peter Li has been admitted to the Ontario and New York bar.
